Anonymising data

XNAT data can be anonymised at two levels: automatically on-site as it is acquired, and within your project using DicomEdit scripts.

Site anonymiserAutomatic on-site anonymisation applied to HIRF and CAI data at acquisition.
Project anonymiserEnforce your own DICOM tag and naming scheme with DicomEdit scripts.

UQ XNAT is operated by the Research Computing Centre at The University of Queensland, as part of the National Imaging Facility and the Australian Imaging Service.
