What to include
Section titled “What to include”The more of this you provide, the less back and forth:
- The XNAT project name, and the subject or session if it is specific to one
- What you did, step by step, and what you expected to happen
- What happened instead, including the exact wording of any error
- A screenshot if the problem is visible on screen — with no patient identifiers in it
- Whether it worked before, and roughly when it stopped
Data acquired at a facility
Section titled “Data acquired at a facility”If your question is about data acquired at HIRF, CAI or TRI — whether a session has been sent, or when a project will be created — contact the facility that acquired it. They can see the acquisition side, which RCC cannot.
